MY Smart Shopper (MSS) program is a multifunctional easy-to-use lifestyle companion app. Members are rewarded Cash Point and Reward Point for retail and online transactions through MSS.
Cash Point is a form of cash back of the program. It can be used within the ecosystem at participating retail merchants or to pay utility bill and purchase reload vouchers from the app. Reward Point can be used to exchange for various gifts and vouchers from the app. Both rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
Membership is free. You can register from our website www.mss.co or via MSS app. Download MSS app from Google Play Store of Apple App Store.
You can enjoy a continuous membership with MSS with minimum 1 transaction every 6 months. (180 days)
This can happen if you login before activating your account upon successful registration or your account might be expired due to no transaction within 180 days.
Your Member ID can be found in the confirmation email upon successful registration.
You can easily retrieve your password by clicking on “Forgot Password?” on the app and entering either your Member ID or the email you used to register for membership.
Always check how much percentage of Cash Point you are entitled to from your purchases.
Always make sure you are logged into your MY Smart Shopper account.
If you do not have a MY Smart Shopper account, please register an account so you could earn Cash Point and we could credit it to the right account.
Always make sure to click the "Shop Now" button while in MY Smart Shopper Online which will redirect you to our affiliated online stores before making your purchase.

Retail transactions are tracked/confirmed real-time and Cash Point & Reward Point is available for use within 3 days. Online transactions are tracked after purchase within 3 days and confirmed within 7 days. Online transactions for travel category are tracked/confirmed only after completion of travel. When you first receive your Cash Point in your account, it will be stated as "pending". It will be confirmed once our partner websites inform us that there will be no further issues with your purchase (no disputes / refunds / cancellations). In the case of holiday, hotel and flight bookings, it will take slightly longer until you have consumed your booking (no amendments / cancellations).
You can report via “Where's My Cash Point?” for online transactions and fill up the form provided.
This is commonly due to merchant did not approve member’s cash transaction within 60 seconds. Any complaints on such discrepancies can be emailed to [email protected]
Redemption for vouchers will take approximately 3-5 working days.
Your voucher will be sent to your registered email address.
For the reload voucher, you need to click on the transaction history in your MSS Apps to get the pin number.
MSS Pay is registered and linked to one device. Please ensure your MSS account is on the device that you wish to register for MSS Pay. You may top-up the MSS Pay eWallet from your app profile or from the top of the app home screen.
Yes. A processing fee of RM2 will be charged for each withdrawal. The refund will be processed within 30 days. For further terms of service for the use of MSS Pay, please refer here.
